Well it had to happen, as I've always had a fascination with all things asian, well maybe not All things, but a fascination no less. This is my study in Red. Red paper, and a monochromatic selection of pastels. I so enjoyed painting her, but deep down know that I need to try again to do it justice, I wanted more light playing on her face and shoulder, than I actually achieved. But each effort is a lesson and one step closer to the archibald. LOL.
